I’m Coach Clellon — founder of Wellness Warrior, and I’m here to help you unlock the strength, confidence, and power that’s already inside you.
With over 8 years in the fitness and health field, I’ve coached beginners, athletes, and everyday people into Warriors who move with purpose and live with intention.
I hold a master’s degree in exercise physiology, I’m a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Wellness Coach, and I’m currently a doctoral candidate in public health focused on improving health through exercise.
As an Exercise Science professor, I bring the same evidence-based principles I teach in the classroom directly into your training, making every session smarter, safer, and more effective.
I don’t just write programs — I build Warriors through science-backed coaching, accountability, encouragement, and a mindset that helps you rise even on the hard days.

I reached out to Coach Williams on October 11th at 310 Ibs, and now on November 25th I'm 296 Ibs. One of the things l've struggled with the most is consistency, but with these workouts being sustainable and the constructive feedback I receive, l've found myself progressing.
