Warrior Restore is a low-intensity, full-body restorative stretch class focused on mobility, flexibility, and nervous system regulation. This session blends intentional stretching, deep breathing, and mindful movement to help release tight muscles, reduce stress, and improve overall recovery.
Set inside Blip Roasters, this class is the perfect way to restore your body, reset your mind, and realign your energy, whether you’re coming off a long workweek, intense training, or just need space to slow down.All levels are welcome. No experience required, just bring your mat and an open mind.
