Hosted inside the moody, intimate Paradise Lounge at The Guild KC, this one-of-a-kind Wellness Warrior experience is intentionally designed to help you unplug from the noise, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
This is intentional restoration for modern bodies living busy lives.
Guided by Coach Clellon, you’ll move through restorative mobility, breath work, and slow-flow sequences that gently decompress both physically and mentally, without the pressure or intensity of a traditional workout.
