Earth Day Reset: Warrior Restore at Lightwell is a guided restorative movement experience rooted in mobility, breathwork, and nervous system recovery, designed to help you slow down and realign from the inside out.
Led by Coach Clellon of Wellness Warrior, this session blends corrective exercise principles with intentional stretching to release tension, improve movement quality, and restore balance in both body and mind. This is not yoga or Pilates, it’s a purposeful reset grounded in science and real-life application.
Set inside the Lightwell Building, this mid-day experience invites you to pause, breathe, and move in a way that honors both your body and the environment around you.
